1.3 You may not claim ownership of the original digital courses or their content. You may not modify, rebrand, or alter the courses in a way that misrepresents their origin or content.

2. Intellectual Property

2.1 Jennie Marie Freelance and its content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, video clips, digital downloads, and software, are the property of Jennie Marie Freelance or its licensors and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

2.2 You may only resell the digital courses and their master resell rights as provided by us. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, create derivative works, or otherwise use any portion of the digital courses beyond the scope of the granted master resell rights.

3. Reselling and Usage

3.1 You are responsible for accurately representing the digital courses to your customers. You may set your own pricing for the courses, but you must not misrepresent their features, benefits, or origin.

3.2 You may not sublicense, assign, transfer, or otherwise distribute the master resell rights to third parties unless explicitly allowed by these Terms.

3.3 Your customers are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement and may not further distribute the courses with master resell rights without our consent.

4. Limitation of Liability

4.1 Jennie Marie Freelance is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not make any warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose of Jennie Marie Freelance.

4.2 To the extent permitted by law, Jennie Marie Freelance, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use.

5. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Jennie Marie Freelance, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors harmless from any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or related to your use of Jennie Marie Freelance, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property rights.

This is a digital product and no refunds will be given. All sales are final.
